1. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Please email CasabonaMcatee@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

3. Do you offer refunds on sale items?
Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

5. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, inspection takes 3–5 business days. Refunds then appear on your statement within 10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Do you ship outside the United States?
No, we currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

7. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify's secure SSL encryption. We never store full credit card numbers.

No, that address is for correspondence/returns only. We do not have a public retail store or pickup location.
